Shipping Policy

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Customers Can Contact Our Customer Service Team By Starting A Support Ticket. Tickets are answered In the Order Received.
  • Order cancellation requests must be made prior to shipment. Once a tracking number has been generated, a $25 intercept fee will apply for cancellation requests. For security reasons, we are unable to change shipping addresses for any reason.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING 

  • BAM Liquidation ships all orders by the best available carrier unless an expedited shipping method is selected at checkout. 
  • For all Free Shipping methods, orders will ship within (2) business days.  For expedited shipping methods, orders will ship the next business day if the order is processed before 12:00 p.m. CST.
  • All shipments will be fully insured for loss or damage in transit and an email with tracking information will be automatically generated and sent when your order ships.
  • If the tracking number is non-active please allow (12) hours for the carrier to update the tracking status.
  • Any delays in transit are the responsibility of the carrier and are not eligible for reimbursement of any shipping fee.
  • All orders over $500 will require adult signature.
  • Free Shipping is limited to the 48 contiguous United States.  HI and PR are not eligible for FREE SHIPPING at this time.

We reserve the right to cancel any order, including those that do not meet our security requirements.
